Postage & Delivery Information



Please note: As our Business has grown rapidly we find the need to upgrade our warehouse facilities, therefore due to renovations we will be unable to ship your orders during September this year (2024). 
Please continue to place orders on our website as usual to ensure you secure the product you want, we will process them straight away but won’t ship them until the 30th of September. Our remote control repair service will also be closed during September.

Note well: If you purchase from our website you must have read and aacceped our Terms & Conditions, including our temporaty shutdown.

Australian and International Shipping:

We send all our goods via Australia Post’s Parcel Post service, you will be able to Estimate Shipping cost when you View Cart before confirming your order at Checkout.

International Shipping: Please check on the Australia Post website to ensure you get your desired method of shipping and Insurance if require.

For goods in stock please allow 1-3 business days for us to dispatch your order once payment has been received and cleared. (see CORONAVIRUS below for changes to our Postage policy)
Also allow an additional time for the goods to be delivered, this time is governed by where you are and the time taken for Australia Post to deliver.
Our cutoff time for overnight Express Post is 12 noon, if we receive your order after this time your shipment will be despatched the following business day. (see CORONAVIRUS below for changes to our Express Post policy)
Australia Post does not always deliver Express Post items from Melbourne to Western Australia, Northern Territory, country towns (especially remote country towns) and Islands around Australia the next business day!

Tracking your order. 
If you have supplied us with a Mobile 
Number, Australia Post will automatically send you the Tracking Number via a text. 

How long will my order take to arrive?
If you wish to find out how long postage will take, go to the Australia Post website, there you will be able to find approx. delivery times.
Please don’t contact us for Tracking or Delivery Time, as we will not respond!

Insurance for goods in transit is the responsibility of the purchaser, i.e. when a product has been dispatched by us it has no insurance other than Australia Post's standard insurance, you can check with Australia Post to see what that amount is.

We will not be liable for loss or damage to goods in transit however it may occur.

CORONAVIRUS: 
With respect to the current worldwide Coronavirus pandemic you can be assured that your purchase will be packed and shipped from our premises with the highest level of sanitary process.

As an added precautionary measure we will not be going to our Post Office everyday, we will be limiting postages to once a week only, so if you want your purchase sent Express Post it may not be sent the next day as was our normal practice.
