Our Products:
Unless otherwise stated in the Product Description all the products for sale are Brand New, some being New Old Stock (NOS), some having been purchased by us in large quantities may not have retail packaging. 

All of our products are guaranteed.

We make every endeavour to give accurate descriptions of our products, any errors or omissions are completely unintentional.

Australian and International Shipping:
We send all our goods via Australia Post’s Parcel Post service, you will be able to Estimate Shipping cost when you View Cart before confirming your order at Checkout.

International Shipping:  Please check on the Australia Post website to ensure you get your desired method of shipping and Insurance if required.

For goods in stock please allow 1-3 business days for us to dispatch your order once payment has been received and cleared. (see CORONAVIRUS below for changes to our Postage policy)
Also allow an additional time for the goods to be delivered, this time is governed by where you are and the time taken for Australia Post to deliver.
Our cutoff time for overnight Express Post is 12 noon, if we receive your order after this time your shipment will be despatched the following business day. (see CORONAVIRUS below for changes to our Express Post policy)
Australia Post does not always deliver Express Post items from Melbourne to Western Australia, Northern Territory, country towns (especially remote country towns) and Islands around Australia the next business day!

Insurance for goods in transit is the responsibility of the purchaser, i.e. when a product has been dispatched by us it has no insurance other than Australia Post's standard insurance, you can check with Australia Post to see what that amount is.

We will not be liable for loss or damage to goods in transit however it may occur.


If you need to cancel a purchase you must contact us by email before we dispatch your order.
We cannot accept and process a cancellation if the goods have already been dispatched.

Refunds will only be issued if you have already received the goods and found them to be defective, in that case we will refund the purchase price plus postage cost. If you want us to replace the defective product we will with no extra charge to you whatsoever.
We describe all of our products as accurately as possible, please read our descriptions carefully to ensure you are purchasing a product that is suitable for you requirements as we will not process a refund if you simply change your mind or choose the wrong item.
Where the product is described as a REPLACEMENT it is not an original item but our replacement version programmed to suit the original application, unless stated in our description.
We may accept a return for what we consider to be a valid reason other than your change of mind or your having chosen the wrong product, however the initial postage fee, plus a 15% restocking fee may be deducted from any refund issued, except where the product was defective. 
Please give us a call or send us an email if you have an issue with any of our products as we may be able to assist you and sort your problem out straight away.
Should you require a refund you must contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your goods, describing the reason for return in advance of sending the goods back.
If we accept a return you must send the Postage/Shipping Tracking number to us via email.
Return Postage/Shipping cost is the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be refunded except where the item was defective but not damaged.
Upon obtaining our return approval all returned goods must be in the same condition as when we dispatched them and must be well packed and have a return tracking number.
Returns must be accompanied by a copy of your purchase receipt.
Once we receive the returned goods, given all the above conditions have been met, we will refund the product purchase price including postage for a defective product return, any other return refund will be less the initial postage and less 15% restocking fee as outlined above, except for defective products. 
Any goods returned to us without our prior approval will be sent back marked "return to sender" at senders cost.

Any and all personal information collected from our website is for the purpose of processing customer’s orders only.
We respect your privacy and will not sell, trade, exchange or disclose any of our customer’s personal information to any unauthorised third parties unless required by law.


Due to the current worldwide Coronavirus pandemic please note you can be assured that your purchase will be packed and shipped from our premises with the highest level of sanitary process.

As an added precautionary measure we will not be going to our Post Office everyday, we will be limiting postages to once a week only, so if you want your purchase sent Express Post it may not be sent the next day as was our normal practice.

We apologise for any inconvenience as a result of the above changes to our postage policy.

NOTE: We will reject orders that are filled out in any written language other than English!
