Unless otherwise stated in the Product Description all the products for sale are Brand New, some being New Old Stock (NOS), some having been purchased by us in large quantities may not have retail packaging.
All of our products are guaranteed for 12 months, our refurbished remote controls have a 12 month parts and labour warranty, some of our remote controls have a 5 year replacement guarantee (see product descriptions). Our remote control guarantees and warranties will be honoured providing the product has not been damaged in any way or been opened (other than the battery compartment) or had leaky or incorrectly installed batteries, simply return the remote/s to us and we will repair or replace it/them free of charge! (excluding return postage cost).
When choosing our replacement remote controls, you will simply need to make sure your original remote looks exactly the same as our original pictured on the left in the first photo in the description, if yours is the same, our replacement will work, guaranteed.
We strive to supply the latest replacement remote versions, as a result the actual replacement remote you receive may look slightly different or have different coloured buttons from our description photos, however the operation of the remote will be exactly as described.
