Australian & International Shipping
We send all our goods via Australia Post’s Parcel Post service. You can estimate the shipping cost when you view your cart, before confirming your order at checkout.
International shipping: please check the Australia Post website to make sure you choose your preferred shipping method and insurance, if required.
Dispatch Times
- For goods in stock, please allow 1–3 business days for us to dispatch your order once payment has been received and cleared.
- Please also allow additional time for delivery. This depends on where you are and the time taken by Australia Post.
- Our cut-off time for overnight Express Post is 12 noon. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the following business day.
- Australia Post does not always deliver Express Post items from Melbourne to Western Australia, the Northern Territory, country towns (especially remote ones) and islands around Australia by the next business day.

If you have supplied a mobile number, Australia Post will automatically text you the tracking number.

Insurance
Insurance for goods in transit is the responsibility of the purchaser. Once dispatched, a product has no insurance other than Australia Post’s standard cover – please check with Australia Post for the amount.
