I have been looking for IXL 3 IN ONE TASTIC remote control for long time. IXL stopped manufacturing that . Alternative was to replace the whole Tastic Assembly costing about 750 dollars with labour . I accidentally stumbled across this site and talked to the customer service. The phone was picked up withing 5 rings and the person behind was very knowledgeable and very helpful and assured me if the picture of the IXL remote matches on Probe Site; it will definitely work. i ordered one with two days it arrived. I put the batteries and straight away it worked. Amaxingly I was so relieved. Great service. Great product. Only suggestion is that remote holder be provided so that it can be mounted in bath room wet environment. 10 out of 10 in all areas.

Hi, I had bought a replacement IXL for $65 and it barely lasted one year. I took it up with IXL product owners and they suggested getting an electrician when it was clearly a remote control issue. I have been using Probe's product for nearly 2.5years and it hasn't missed a beat.

Your service is amazing! Innovative and very inexpensive compared to having to replace a complete ceiling because IXL can't be bothered looking after its customers. This is my second order for one of these as backup for our second bathroom. I only found out about you from a serviceman who came to fix my problem. What a gentleman. He gave up a much more expensive solution. You may not be in the general marketplace but I'll be telling all my friends about you!
