Just send us your faulty remote control, include your email address, mobile phone number and return address details and providing it has not been damaged beyond repair we will fix it and send it back to you, parts and labour guaranteed for 12 months.

We have an old Breezair ducted evap aircon…
We have an old Breezair ducted evap aircon for which the remote stopped working, I looked inside it and it was corroded. Sent it to Probe and Wayne rang back asking if it was ok to charge $50 instead of $39 as he said it took a couple of hours to fix. No problem at all, a new one for this old system costs $650 ! Great job Wayne... it works fine and we are very happy to have the comfort of this system as it is very cheap to run. We will enjoy the summer now and have a significant amount of extra spending money ! Highly reccommended service !

FIVE STARS! Best $49 I have spent in a very long time. Cannot believe I didn't get this done earlier! We have had trouble with our air con remote being temperamental for years! Only now getting it fixed as we move out. We were told it was no longer made and couldn't be replaced and would need an entirely new air con unit! But with Probe, it was a very easy process, mailed there and back with little effort and great reward.
