Just send us your faulty remote control, include your email address, mobile phone number and return address details and providing it has not been damaged beyond repair we will fix it and send it back to you, parts and labour guaranteed for 12 months.

What a great service you provide, THANK YOU. I posted my faulty motorhome Truma Air Cond remote control to Probe, from Wonga Beach in Far North Queensland and it took 10 days for them to call me back to advise that it was now fixed with newly replaced parts, due to corrosive batteries and is ready to be posted back to me. Cost was $60 all up with postage, beats buying a new one at $260 from rip off caravan stores, oh and save it going to landfill. Probe you provide an excellent service, cheers.

The remote control for my fifteen year old…
The remote control for my fifteen year old motorized blinds stopped working for no good reason that I could see. I spent hours online and calling the manufacturer, electronics shops here in the USA and anyone else I could think of trying to get it fixed. No one had any interest in helping, new blinds would be $700 so I kept looking. I found Probe Electronics in Australia on the net and they said just “send your remote to us and we will fix it or no charge” I thought OK, it’s only 10,000 miles from my home in Michigan. Once it arrived there, Wayne tried replacing the bad component three times and it kept on blowing out. The part that was causing the problem is no longer available. Wayne went looking online and found me a new remote control which I ordered and now the blinds are working. I asked what I owed for the troubleshooting and labour, he told me there was no charge. I know this is a rambling review, but I was so impressed by his efforts to solve my problem, I had to let the world know.

I just followed the instructions and sent off my fan remote to Wayne at Probe. The manufacturer no longer supplied the remotes and could not recommend anyone to repair it. A couple of weeks later I got a call, remote fixed, new parts all for the base price. Unbelievable service and amazing price when you consider the work involved.
