Just send us your faulty remote control, include your email address, mobile phone number and return address details and providing it has not been damaged beyond repair we will fix it and send it back to you, parts and labour guaranteed for 12 months.

Just a note to say I sent my Casablanca ceiling fan remote to Wayne for repair which was too far gone to fix (I had tried to fix myself and wrecked it), when Wayne sent me a replacement remote it didn't work but Wayne said he was in for the long haul, he asked me to bring the fan to him (which was easy to disconnect), he found some faulty components in the receiver, which he fixed free of charge and now the fan works perfectly, I had never met Wayne (probe electronics) before this repair was done but I'm really glad I found him, he is extremely reliabe and honest, in this day and age it's hard to find someone so professional and I would highly recommend him.

First class repair service, they completely refurbished our air conditioner remote even though it had had leaky batteries and the battery springs were all completely corroded away. We were told by someone else that it couldn't be fixed and a new one would be $115. It came back really quick and like new, nice work Mr. Fix it.
